Private Session

One on one sessions lead to insight for the client and permanent change. Private sessions are perfectly possible online, many clients preferring the comfort of being in their own home during the session. I offer customized sessions both in person and via Zoom and other mediums globally.

A full RTT Session lasts 90min-120min. This will uncover core issues and beliefs holding you back, which can then be changed. You leave the session with a deeply personal, powerful and affirming recording. This you listen to every day for a minimum of 21 days. Ongoing support touch points by text and a telephone check in after this time then occur.

Clinical EFT and Coaching sessions are 45mins to one hour. At intake we discuss the best approach to working together on issues you’d like to address.

Corporate Work

Sarah presents keynote presentations and workshops on how we use our mind. She tailors workshops for high performance, well-being, emotional intelligence, visualization, mind-training, confidence, self-esteem, sales performance and team building. She works one on one up to groups of hundreds of people.

Training one’s mind provides the competitive advantage in today’s world. This game-changing field is based on science. High performers across an array of fields are tapping into its profound power.

Using Olympic sports as an example, the most successful Olympians invariably use hypnotherapy and visualization to achieve their success. When comparing a group that purely practiced, a group that practiced and visualized, and a group that purely visualized, it was found that those most successful at purely visualizing were the top performers at the Olympics.

As examples of her work, Sarah has helped:

  • Companies support employees with overwhelm and burn out, without them needing to take a leave of absence.

  • Sales teams and individuals exceed targets without hours of training that will be all but forgotten in a few days.

  • High performers set boundaries without burning internal bridges.

  • Women attain status and leadership roles without sacrificing their authenticity.

  • Laid off senior executives gain purposeful employment without despair and unnecessary demotion.

  • Ex-prisoner/heroine addiction recidivism prevention and social re-habilitation

  • Reducing anxiety in vulnerable groups: examples include school children, neuro-diverse community, marginalised populations, veterans.

Clinical, evidence-based tools are used that can reduce the effects of trauma and transform limiting beliefs. They also are used to create powerful visualization and transformational cues that can create behavior change, peak performance, flow states and general well-being.
