Meet-Sarah.jpg

Sarah helps her clients clear the past, create a future and find joy in the present.

Having worked in the corporate world for more than 25 years, and senior international business development roles for many years, she understands the pressures faced in the workplace. From personal experience as well as professional she acknowledges the huge impact that childhood trauma, life circumstances and the challenges that modern living produces, can have on people.

You are invited to reach out for an Intake Call to get answers to any questions you have.

Described as an outstanding professional who fosters deep trusting relationships, Sarah helps people around the world. She’s a clinical hypnotherapist (Cl.Hyp.), a Licensed RTT® Therapist (RTT), Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, and a trained counsellor, as well as an Executive and Life Coach, certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her hybrid offering of Clinical EFT, RTT, hypnotherapy and coaching appeals to those who are time-starved, want fast results and ongoing support: clients who would prefer one person to work with, no matter what comes up for them. She works with people from all walks of life, cultural backgrounds and identities using these clinical and evidence-based techniques.

Personal development study and research into trauma, gender, inclusion, belonging, leadership and spirituality has also informed Sarah’s work. Collaborating with leading academics from the University of Melbourne, Boston College and Harvard University, with global thought leaders in the medical and psychiatric professions, with international business schools and corporate leaders, Sarah wrote the book Gender Dimensions in Leadership. It highlights how cultural, social and gender so-called 'norms' collide with what it fundamentally means to be human and psychologically healthy. And how this in turn impacts well-being and physical health.

Being able to fuse coaching, therapy and her own personal, professional and international experiences gives Sarah a skill set for unlocking and empowering incredible people like you. People who happen to be stuck in some way, personally or professionally. People who want to perform at the next level and achieve peak states. She also specializes in helping professionals and those in leadership and other high-pressure roles, who might often find it challenging to seek help, but are looking for more. This is often men, or women juggling many responsibilities.

Sarah also works extensively with people who identify differently with gender. CEO's, senior executives (corporate and non-profit), sports and other performers, salespeople, and anyone looking to get unstuck and live life at their best make up a significant part of her clientele. And she also works with children dealing with bullying, finding/freeing identity, low confidence or self-esteem, autism, ADHD and performance challenges, as examples.
